$230 intake appointment
$165 per 50 minutes after intake appointment
Integrative Relational/Couples Counseling
$270 intake appointment
$225 per 50 minutes after intake appointment
Discernment Counseling $250 for 50 minutes $375 for 75 minutes $450 for 100 minute discernment counseling session
Family Counseling
$285 intake appointment $250 per 50 minute appointment after intake appointment $375 for 75 minutes

Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Is couple counseling covered?
I am an out-of-network provider. Please be informed that in using your insurance, discrepancies can exist between the services you desire/need and what your insurance company believes is medically necessary. You are ultimately responsible for payment of services rendered. Please also be aware that many providers do not reimburse for couples therapy.
Payment
Patients are expected to pay for each session at the beginning of the hour, with Venmo or credit card.. I will give you a Superbill to submit to your insurance company at the end of the month. You are responsible for collecting from your insurance company. For those with multiple sessions each week, payment is expected at the beginning of the week.
