I moved from Berkeley, California to Minnesota over 28 years ago. I have a private teletherapy practice in Minnesota, specializing in couples, and families with adult children. I have over 33 years experience both as a marriage and family therapist and as a graduate psychoanalyst. I work with a broad spectrum of patients: among my areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, grief, shame, insecurities and relationship issues.

My therapeutic approach is to create a safe environment through supportive listening and empathy that will enable you to explore your thoughts and feelings related to present difficulties as a function of the past. This approach is an intensive collaborative process that can transform your life, your relationships, your satisfaction in work and in your personal pursuits. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each patient. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing.
