I moved from Berkeley, California to Minnesota over 19 years ago. I have a private practice in Minneapolis, specializing in individuals, couples and partnerships. I have over 20 years experience both as a marriage and family therapist and as a graduate psychoanalyst. I work with a broad spectrum of patients: among my areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, grief, insecurities and relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach is to create a safe environment through supportive listening and empathy that will enable you to explore your thoughts and feelings related to present difficulties as a function of the past. My approach is an intensive collaborative process that can transform your life, your relationships with your self and others, your satisfaction in work and in your personal pursuits. I offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each patient. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed accomplishing.
